Ekko play crashes game

I've been trying to figure out why game keeps crashing and apparently it's because i play with Ekko , so i tried the custom game solo to see after trying repair and re-installing and the problem was from Ekko champ only , all other champions work and never crash the game, when i enter with Ekko the game enters loading screen and everything is good , but just at starting point the game suddenly gives me trying to reconnect , and then after i close and open again , doesn't open the loading screen and gives me game crash, this does not happen with any other champion
