Turret + Minions icons visual bugs

Basically, I've noticed that ever since the new HUD came out the turret icons and minions icons have been glitching. A blue streak appears on both teams' minions and turret icons that appear when you click on them to view their "profiles". The streak goes diagonally across the icon and also flickers rapidly on and off.
