[GAMEPLAY]Rengar Q's Pop Banshee's Veil

Found this and tested it with a friend, but forgot to get screenshots.

Rengar's Q's have a weird interaction with Banshee's Veil. When using a Q or Empowered Q, Rengar does the full damage of the ability (as far as I can tell), without popping the Banshee's Veil shield, as intended. (Since Rengar's Q is an empowered basic attack.) However, when leaping (either from a brush or from his ult), the Q will pop Banshee's shield. However, the full damage of the ability will still be applied.

Reproduction Rate: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:

1. As Rengar, ult or sit in a brush.
2. Leap at an enemy who has the Banshee's Veil shield active.
3. Press Q in mid-air (or slightly before the leap, doesn't matter)
4. Banshee's Veil shield is removed from target, Q damage still goes through.

Not sure what the intended interaction is here, but it's definitely muggy. If Banshee's pops, then it should block the damage, and should ALSO pop for his non-leaping Q's. Else, it shouldn't pop Banshee's at all.
