Emote Permanent Is not in my emote list

Hello, After all my hard work and effort I managed to get a chest and a key. I was talking to my friends and was really excited to get an Ashe skin but it gave me an emote permanent. So I was like eh I can work with that, then I went to my emote collection and it wasn't there. I checked the purchase list in account settings and it's not there. It actually happened before in my other account. So I was like its bout time I make a topic. Anyway look into it. You can check my account, I just opened a chest and the outcome was nothing. Let me know if you guys find anything.
