Trundle, Fervor of Battle

I was playing Trundle in a few games, with Fervor of Battle and noticed he doesn't accumulate Stacks of Fervor.

Neither the animation appears, showing the amount of stacks. I also didnt see his damage increasing on attacking a tower.
