Champ Select Bugg

Hey guys. I just wanted to play my flex promos and i had to ban i had still 5 seconds left so i didnt hurry or anything at about 4seconds i tried to click on ban but i couldnt press it. Immediately after i got kicked in to the lobby. Now i lost my promos which makes me kind of sad and my m8s are tilted aswell. Does anyone know what causes that bugg? My client didnt have any problems before and it was running smoothly.
