Ranked Queue Glitch

So we queued up in a Ranked 5s queue, positive. As we entered champ select everything was normal, but as we got into the game it didn't show our team tag or anything and after the game it counted as just another Normal game. Has this happen to anyone? where u queue up in Ranked but it goes into a normal?
