[GAMEPLAY] Varus's max range Q does not hit properly (with Dark Star skin)

I've been playing some Varus recently and I'm always using the dark star skin so I'm not sure it's skin related or not but I've noticed (and I have video proof) that when I cast a max range Q it fails to hit the target like they are out of its range when they are clearly in the casting circle. It is really annoying since I can't count on max range Qs. It's like it has a shorter range than the indicator itself.
