Devourer item patch 5.14

Instead of one wolf growing ever larger and then dissappering upon 30 stacks, I (as wukong) found at least 14 wolves (could have been more but they would phase into one at points) following and/or minion-blocking me all throughout my recent ranked game. As an added note, I immediately sold the item for a different one so I can neither confirm nor deny the passive working correctly, but the problem did persist even after selling the item.
