Cannot log into game

I can't get a response from server and log into the game. http://postimg.org/image/g7ywgjqt7/

Take note that this happened right after playing the game normally with no issues, once the game ended, everything froze and now i cannot log in. My internet connection is fine, my computer is fine, I see no reason I wouldn't be able to connect.
