unfair leaverbuster

Hi, since the latest patch sometimes (1 out of 10) during loading screen when all players are 100% my client freezes or something and makes me get the leaverbuster. This makes me very upset and I find it unfair, I never troll or flame, but now I got like -80 LP and had to wait 3 X 100 minutes which is a ridiculus penalty, compared to all the trolls and flamer who mostly never get caught. Can atleast this stupid 5x20 waiting que be lifted from my account.

And i know remakes are annoying but its not nearly as bad as afking midgame, inting, or trolling. I dont get why i get these highpenalties.
