server disconnecting and getting banned for 20 minutes

so i lost my connection to the server during the page where we wait till everybody gets 100% and i tried to reconnect after that like 12 times and after reconnecting i managed to play the last 10 minutes of the game but then i got banned and wait 20 minutes for 5 games !! that was not even my problem it was the server problem ! also its so disturbing to get banned, it makes me hate the game, and i don't want to :')
