App LoL Friends (reproducible - always): No bug-reporting with the app Lol-Friends - after select the app crashes (FEATURE CATEGORY : "-Please Select-")
Bugs Summary: LoL Friends (Lol-App):
- You can not report bugs with the app Lol-Friends - the app crashes
- The language choice dosen't work after a send (submit bug) test without category selection
** 1. You can not report bugs with the app Lol-Friends - the app crashes (reproducible - always)** LoL Friends --> Profil --> Settings --> Help & Feedback --> Something is Broken --> FEATURE CATEGORY (Combobox): --> Item: - Please Select -
If you select this Item: "- Please Select -": SHOLDS: --> then you should get a choice of categories IS: --> the App LoL Friends **crashed **(most only crash, but one time a start a other app ^^ )
No workaound: You have to select one part of the category - so you can'nt report (submit) a bug with the lol-app!
Note for @developer: 1.1. Probable cause (my suggest): Access to uninitialized memory (item list of the combobox is empty respectively the pointer shows in the nirvana ;-) ) 1.2. Language: independently (the same reaction in english and german)
2. The language choice dosen't work after a send test without category selection After a test to send a bug without category (with submit and error message): If you select english --> is ignored the app works only in e.g. german
condition: 1. --> Help & Feedback --> Something is Broken --> ignore the combobox FEATURE CATEGORY (Combobox) and the Item-List: - Please Select - --> select the next Field "Was ist passiert" (Whats happens) or so something like this --> write a text --> select button "submit" SHOLDS: error messages IS: error message --> its OK BUT AFTER THAT: You can't change the language now really!
Changings for the language e.g. vom german to english via settings and via logonpanel (after logoff) dose'nt work You can set it - but the app text of all pages there are only in the basis (?) language from the android (e.g. german)
environment: Tablet Galaxy Tab S4: 16.09.19: Android-Version: 9 One UI-Version: 1.1 (Android-Kernel from Jul 29 2019) LoL Friends: 16.09.19: Version 1.8.1.
