Launcher/Client side problem!

After the new update (5.2) my launcher started to load slowly and slowly... And when i press Launch nothing happened , I need to spam it like 10 times and it is doing the start launcher. Also is says it crashed but it does not. I am playing in EUNE and my computer is: I5;8GB RAM;GTX 770. Is this keep happening only to me and if not can it be fixed , because i need to wait like 1-2 mins.
