Placing wards while in combat causes the game to crash, anyone else?

Hi Riot, first post here.

I was playing , the enemy's mid was . I have some pink wards on me. We were in a big team flight and when Talon ulted, I placed my pink ward inside his ult. Immediately after that, my game crashed and the bug report dialog showed up. I reconnected and got back in game, (I didn't know that the pink ward was the problem). Then Talon ulted again, and I placed another pink ward inside his ult, immediately my game crashed again.

I searched online and some other people are having the same problem. (Here's a similar post on on EUW server). My guess is that - this mostly happens while im combat, and the ward is revealing someone that was invisible.

I'm don't think this is from the most recent patch. So I didn't post it on the mega thread. Does anyone have the same problem?
