There was no Champions for me to pick nor ban, i couldn't even see what my team or the enemy team's champions they picked. Therefore i ended up "dodging".[zombie-brand-facepalm] [sg-lux-2]

Happened to me and my friend before (something similar) I was supposed to be locking in my champ but it said the enemy was still picking, when the timer ran out the game surprised me by saying that I dodged
