Played my ten games of chat restriction but still restricted?!?

So I've been chat restricted, sadly... I'm generally not a toxic person when it comes to League but I was having a very bad day and my Morgana support was trolling the absolute hell outta me. Uncharacteristically, I let loose some words though I doubt their effectiveness and got me one of those dandy chat restrictions. I've spent the entirety of Thursday afternoon and the entirety of Friday morning playing out my ten games of chat restriction, but surprisingly after I finished my ten games, I'm still stuck with the chat restriction?!? It's slightly handicapping for me, since I'm generally the vocal player on my team, doing the explaining and whatnot. So I would appreciate it very much if something was to be done about it, would really boost my current gaming experience. Also, I've been getting a weird glitch or bug or whatever, where my game would just freeze, sometimes for a short few seconds and sometimes for over 30 seconds. It has yet to be a major hindrance, minus this one time in lane where my game just froze for 30 seconds and I died.
