I buyed Rakan to my friend and he did the same thing for me with the other one and we did not recieve the icon, is it a bug or we will just recieve it later?

Usually they do a runthrough afterwords and give icons to people after these sorts of giveaways.
It's right on the article that they will be received up to two weeks later.
