Unable to buy GP ult upgrades from recommended panel

So, playing the new Gangplank (and enjoying it very much), I've noticed that I'm unable to buy any of the ult upgrades from the recommended items panel. Pic is what I mean.

Yes is a bug, when in "All Items" u had one or more filters active u cant buy an upgrade, just unpin all and u can buy it again
