What is this LPQ TIMER??

This queue timer keeps resetting back to 20:00 for no apparent reason! Its not even an internet problem or what not, but recently the LPQ timers have been out of sync for me (ex, a QUEUE pop's up at 8min queue time on top of a 10min lpq time with 2 mins remaining.) Now I dont know how its happening, but im getting VERY impatient and its pissing me off. I literally can not even get into queue. This keeps happening since todays patch.

Also the 3rd image doesnt show a timer reset, instead it works past 20mins queue time, but it reset a few seconds later... And i have a duo partner in my LPQ without LPQ but see's the timer resetting as well. It was working fine, but today i dont know what happening..
