[GAMEPLAY] Windwall blocks upgraded Viktor E

With Viktor, after using your upgraded E on an enemy Yasuo, the explosion that follows will be stopped by a Windwall that was activated after the beam finished traveling.

1. Use Viktor E on an enemy Yasuo and let the initial beam animation finish
2. Yasuo uses his Windwall along the beam's path
3. The explosions stop at the Windwall

I've tried this in multiple Custom Games and it happened to me during some normal games as well. I am aware that this might follow the same rules as Vel'Koz W when it comes to the Windwall, but I'd rather bring it up in case it doesn't.
