[CLIENT] Can't gain Blue Essence

Not sure why, but I'm not receiving any blue essence. I think it may have something to do with the transfer from IP to BE. I havn't played on this account in a while (last time was before that change), and now that I am trying to level it up more, I'm not getting any BE. I've been at 2608 BE for the past 7 games or so. I also cant make any purchases with BE in the shop.

You only get blue essence from disenchanting champion shards, which you get from capsules by leveling up

It's not a bug. It's intentional.
