When I entered match, I wasn't taken out of queue

When I entered the TFT match, it never took me out of queue. Now that I finished the game, it shows me as in queue for 30 minutes, and unable to exit queue, meaning I have to restart the client. With that being said, I don't think I'm actually in queue, as I would have found a match in the time since I finished my last game and writing this post (Approx. 4 minutes.) Image of my client
