Go to the main screen which you see as soon as you log into league.

Now move the client window to the bottom of the screen so you can see the challenger ahri and blood moon thresh. Like you were looking at a website for runes/summoner icon info on the top and moved the client to the bottom of the page.

Now open up the summer icon window. You can't exit the pop up or move the client. I had to restart the client all together. I tried to hover over the menu on the bottom and then select "move" but that didn't work either.

This also happens to me when I'm in champ select trying to edit my rune/mastery pages before the game. If you move it off to the side and can't get to the exit button or save button, then you can't exit out of it at all. I just have to wait for the game to load and use the runes/masteries I had.

Half confirming. Yes, some of the in-game popups block the ability to move the game client with the title bar. However, the right-click "Move" option worked for me.

For reference, I use the Move button this way (not just for LoL, for any program really)

  1. Hover over the task bar icon so the preview pops up.
  2. Right-click the preview and select "Move".
  3. Press any arrow key (this step is important! if you don't press an arrow key the move mode is not activated)
  4. The window should now move with the mouse until you click.

I'm not sure if the OP used the move button correctly as I have seen many people skip step 3 and then rage about the "useless Move option".

Still, it's really confusing for the title bar to not move the client window when the summoner icon or mastery page popups are open and it would be great if we could move the window normally.
