MIddle mouse button alert

Help me! LOL has a scroll grab, right? So you can move the camera at your own pace by clicking and holding middle mouse? Yeah, well, it stopped working for me. I cant screen grab anymore, and the setting is still on. Is this a glitch? Please help me fix this problem, guys.
