[GAMEPLAY] Frame rates issues for 5.14

I play the game uncapped for framerate, and after the latest update, my frames are below 25 throughout the whole match, on all settings, (low, med, high). i have updated my drivers and tried uninstalling and installing the client. The issue is on the summoner's rift. I have played ARAM and had no issues.

My specs are: GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 CPU: Intel i5 4690k RAM: 8gb OS: Win 8.1
