[Client] Unable to ban a champion, stuck in champ select

After accepting a match and getting into champ select, no one on my team was able to ban a champion. After the timer ran out, we were stuck in champ select for awhile. Some were kicked out, but I had to close my client. I'm pretty upset about this, since it counted as a dodge for me, while I was in my promotional series. Unfortunately I did not make a screenshot, nor do I hope to reproduce this bug. If it happens again, I'll attach a screenshot afterwards.

This just happened to me and my friend in a normal draft pick. No one was able to ban a champ, then it kicked us out, claiming the other person was not ready. After that it said we had to pick a wider variety of roles, when mine were bot / top, and his were sup / jng.

Same thing happened to me as well! I got stuck even in normal draft mode. Can't ban champion and then stuck. I tried again, same thing. Now I have to wait for 11min to find a game and I'm not sure if I should try again cause I could be penalized even more...
