In Game Champion Graphics Bug?

Fore some reason it wouldn't let me add the video I wanted to this, but sometimes when you level up or gain experience, the player portrait (The one that shows how much xp you have) will get really pixilated. I have only noticed this with patch 6.6, and it really buggs me. You can fix it by changing your resolution, but then once you gain xp, it goes back to being really pixilated.
