Ranked Twisted Treeline still not granting LP on some wins

This has been going on for months and is completely unreasonable that it hasn't even been addressed by riot. Support tickets are shrugged off since LP can't be refunded. I don't want my LP refunded, I want the game mode fixed. If a team fails to get a score screen after a game, then they don't get LP or IP. The match shows up in personal match history but not ranked team history. Easily reproduce-able, just play a handful of Ranked 3's games while not on riot's LAN and you will be greeted with victories that are more frustrating than defeat.
