Sylas Bug when using Yorick Ultimate

I had just played a ranked game where I had picked Sylas into Yorick. I noticed after I had died with Yorick's Ultimate still active, that instead of going on the cooldown of Sylas' Ultimate, it instead went on the cooldown of Yorick's Ultimate, acting as though I had not lost the ultimate upon death.

This occured twice in the game, and only seems to happen if Sylas is killed while the Maiden of the Mist is still alive.

Unfortunately, my computer is unable to record at a quality that is sufficient, so I can't show it myself here, but if anyone can recreate it, and show it, that would be appreciated.

It seems like this could be a rather gamebreaking bug.

I had t his happen today where I just had Yorick's ult for the rest of the game, it entirely overwrote Hijack. First time I used it it summoned Arclight Maiden since the enemy Yorick had a skin. I wasn't paying attention to my hotbar and went to steal a Lux ult but instead it dropped maiden and I was super confused but it became really obvious what had happened afterward. Especially considering that for the rest of the game I had base skin maiden lol.
