[GAMEPLAY] Zyra's plants dies instantly in Cassiopeia's Miasma

Everytime you spawn a plant inside of Cass miasma, it dies instantly. This also happends if Cass puts a miasma on a plant. I don't know if this is intentional or not, but if it is, you should lower the tick damage so the plant will not die instantly.

1. Zyra spawns a seed with passive or W.
2. Zyra sprouts the seed into a plant by uses Q or E.
3. Cassiopeia uses Miasma on top of plant.

This "bug" occurs every time the conditions are met.
