So this is a fog of war bug in the river. Varus has a lens that he does use sometimes, not sure if that is what caused it. It is quite a problem, afterwards we went to check baron and as you see, it shows it as viewed. Though janna walked into a rengar and a blitz. They just suddenly appeared cause the fog of war was not present.
