the platinum boarder is not showing when im loading to get in a game , i had the gold one last season i ended up platinum this season and i didnt get it. also i didn't get the oriana victorious skin

because you weren't honor lvl 2?

You just have to keep your Honor level till the 13th or 14th of February, where the players that reached Honor level 2 during the preseason will receive their rewards.
