Huge bug to report after the massive Freezes after update 4.19

Ever since the update of 4.19, the game has been freezing constantly, not because of a Alt tab. And today, I had to restart my League and when I go to launch, I'm instantly pushed into a "Files Scanned" thing that has been going on for about half an hour. As of right now, I'm at 4500 files scanned with the constant "33%" complete since the beginning of the update or something and nothing has changed. It's getting me worried to the point where I think I ma have to reinstall the game. Any suggestions?
