[REPLAYS] Cooldown count of spell doesn't stop when you pause the game

1-Download a game you played and watch it 2-In the replay, click a champion and wait until it spends an ability 3-Pause the game 4-You can clearly observe the cooldown on the spell keeps going to 0 instead of stopping. 5-Resume the game, and there you have it, an ability available, but it actually isn't.

This is confusing when watching a replay, mainly because if you watch a replay of yourself is because you want to get better at the game and if you pause in the middle of a fight, some seconds later you would think you have abilities available, but you actually don't.
