20 Minute Leaver Buster Timer Keeps Resetting

I just got the 20 minute low priority queue so I thought I'd play some urf to get rid of it quickly. I went to surf the net while waiting and I checked in on it a couple times. It was fine. But once it was around 18 minutes I checked and the low priority queue timer had reset back to 20 minutes but my queue timer indicated that I had already been waiting 18 minutes.
