Bug report : Zilean failed lvl 1 Ultimate on Ezreal

i don't know if it only happens on pulsefire ez, or only ezreal, or even any other players, but i was playing as zilean and lvl 1 ultimate failed on my bot lane partner ezreal twice, and it didn't work at all until i level it to rank 2.
