Error Failed to Connect

I was playing a rank game normally. Suddenly, a notification of attempt to reconnect appeared and my game was crashed. I tried to reconnect several times but it said failed to connect to the server. Now it has been several hours I have been stuck in the game since this error happened. I tried to turn off firewall and IP Helper but not of them seemed resolve the problem. What can I do ?
