Zed W-Q bugged since 5.12

Currently his W Q combo is bugged, before this last patch you could basically instantly w q and it would toss your shadow out and your shadow would throw a shuriken, but since 5.12 it plays the animation but no shuriken is thrown. I don't have any video capture program but I'll try to get one to upload later.
