Game will not load Client/Gameplay

Client/Gameplay So with the new ranked season i was starting my first game it was a bad match up but was ready to take it on however when the game went to load it just went straight to the client with the reconnect button after waiting for a second nothing happened so i pressed the reconnect button still nothing reloaded client and still was unable to load after about 4 mins the game was gone due to remake feature. after words I looked at my placement and it showed two placement games played and two loses when this was the first game I had attempted to even play. I believe there was a bug with the load in completely not even allow me to load into the game and a bug giving me two loses

as for steps on how to reproduce I simply made a ranked game like I normally would I don't wish to repeat untill I know it is fixed If i get placed in B5 I would rather it be from my own lack of skill and not bugs

This bug happened once not attempting another ranked till fixed
