Ekko/Static Shiv [BUG] [GAMEPLAY]

When you have static shiv and when you try to dash on to something with your e. if you have enough damage to kill the target you will do the damage but wont dash to it. i have tried this several times in the practice tool and used a full crit build so the static shiv did max dmg. its very easy to recreate and if someone wants to have fun with a offmeta build. they will have issues chasing ppl and such.
