[Client] Launcher does not work when audio Hz is on high settings

When my default speaker's properties has it's default format set to 384000 Hz (at any bit rate), the launcher will only show what is displayed in the attached screenshot. It will eventually go completely black, but never progress from there. It does not respond to close the window, and must be stopped in task manager.

To reproduce:

1. Set speaker format to 384000 Hz (at 16, 24, or 32 bit, it occurs on all three.)
2. Open LeagueClient.exe
3. The error occurs.

As a workaround:

1. Set speaker format to 192000 Hz or lower at any bit rate.
2. Open LeagueClient.exe
3. Client will work as normal. Speaker can be changed back to 384000 at this point without issue, but the process will need to be repeat any time the client is closed and reopened.
