Screen goes black after a game

Once each 3-6 games just after I click continue after a mach ends the screen goes black and the only thing that helps is getting the power plug of the screen out and back in the electricity. The interesting thing is that I use dual screen setup and only the screen that I play on goes black, the second screen works fine. Im using a stationary PC with windows 10, the PC is brand new with the latest and newest hardware.
