Gamplay Bug Urgent!

Okay.. this has happened to me so many times already. Literally mid ranked game it would happen every 2 minutes or so. No matter what gamemode I'm playing this bug would suddenly occur. Idk if it is only for me but my character randomly just stops moving. I have literally zero control over my champion. I cant use spells, sums, or move anywhere. Im just frozen in place. Usually when you disconnect, your champion automatically walks to fountain by default. But my champion just stays frozen and as I am spamming for my champion to move it will not respond. This results in my death so many times.. whether or not I'm winning a fight. I would just lose control over my champion. Also, this would not be a ping problem because i have my ping set to visible. And everytime this bug happens, I look over to my ping and it remains at a solid 30 ping. Unfortunately this bug got me tilted so many times especially when it would occur during ranked. Truthfully I dont know how to reproduce this bug. It seems to happen whenever it chooses to happen. In a single game, it would happen too often and I would inevitably lose and get flamed. This bug seems to be linked to the previous bug where league would suddenly go "attempting to reconnect". Except.. there is no message that league is attempting to reconnect this time. Please fix this..
