Malphite Auto bug

almost every single time i go against malphite, im usually going yi, jax, tryn, or somebody else who frequently autos for their damage. I typically build a lot of attack speed. But every time i try to auto attack malphite, attacking him and ONLY him, it frusturates me that i auto slower, and die more because of it. Edit: When people on the opposing team told me that his e apparently slows autos, i believed them, until i checked the recent patches. This is a confirmed bug, Malphite slows the animations of auto attacks for no reason.
