Nasus's Siphoning Strike on minions doesn't always work properly

Nasus with both siphoning strike and sheen active. Go to hit a nearly dead enemy minion that friendly minions are happening. Very rarely the minion is (apparently), kill by friendly minion, sheen is still active and siphoning strike is not. (The game that weird take back on a AA.) It seems to me that either sheen and SS are used, or neither are. Perhaps the SS code could be updated to use Sheen's logic.

Are you sure your sheen didn't just come off of cooldown after you hit it?

You're q goes on cooldown if you auto too late, so maybe you waste the q but dont proc spellblade because you didn't auto the min.

Yes this happens quite often

This isn't new, unfortunately. This has been happening since I got him I think around 6.12, and probably before that too.

not a bug probably pretty sure its the way auto attacks and enhancers are applied

the same thing happens to GP and yorick so it might be something along the long of you " used" Q but it missed ( like a targeted ability that is aimed at a dead target) but something like sheen which activates on hit ( has no windup time ) cannot " miss" because it only activates on hit.

its weird considering that auto enhancers are " on hit effects" but im about 99% positive you can prove this logic true or false with udyr R.

take udyr get sheen load R attempt to auto attack and time it so that the minion dies before hand. if my hypothesis is correct then the Q will discharge regardless and you will still have sheen
