Thresh and Relic Shield

Recently, when i have played Thresh with the they item execute doesn't work. You have to actually last hit the minion for it to be shared with a nearby ally. It is really annoying to deal with losing many minions from not being able to execute.

The execute only works with melee autoattacks. Read carefully, Thresh is ranged.
