Wukong's [ Q - Crushing Blow ] is bugged during Patch 6.11

So apparently in game or in any other site to check on the champion ability, it says that he only gains 10% of his total AD on his Crushing Blow. But during this patch 6.11, it never says anything about Wukong and his ability: Crushing Blow AD Ratio being changed at all from 110% AD to 10% AD. In this patch, his [Q - Crushing Blow] was changed from 100% AD to 110% AD from this patch note http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/V1.0.0.128 But now, its only 10%, I wonder if this is intentional.......
