[Gameplay] Fiddlesticks movement speed bug with certain types of cc.

Fiddlesticks' passive can cause some trouble with cc abilities that would cause fiddlesticks to move slowly while not having control, i.e. charm or fear. If fiddlesticks' passive is active, as it often is when he is draining, an ability that applies one of these cc's will cause him to move at full speed, as if the slow never applied. For example, if ahri charms a fiddlesticks with passive, he will run toward her at full speed. Similarly, I have had this interaction occur with urgot's fear on his ultimate. I would imagine that it occurs with all fear and charm cc abilities, but this would require further testing. Thank you for your consideration and time.
