Leaver Buster Glitch....?

So I got a leaver buster because pvp.net booted me from the server about 10 minutes into a match, but I managed to reconnect and finish the last 8 or 10 minutes just fine. It told me I would be placed into Low Priority on the Queue. This is fine, but I hit to make a match, and the 5 minute warning comes up. I wait five minutes and it comes up again at a full five minutes. It has done this at least 10 times. I have been periodically trying. I don't know what to do about this problem and I cannot seem to get this issue resolved. I assume it is a system glitch? Please help me fix this!
